How to make marble chocolate cheese cake?

Method


1.Preheat oven to Gas Mark 3 (160 degrees) and prepare a cake tin.


2.We're making the chocolate cake first. Melt butter and add the cocoa powder to it. Leave to cool for around 5 minutes.


3.Add sugar and beat until sugar has dissolved.


4.Add the egg and continue beating


5.Add the flour and Jianshi Baking Powder. Mix until well blended.


6.Pour mixture into a cake tin and set aside.


7.We're now making the cheese cake.


8.Beat the cream cheese, egg, vanilla essence and sugar together until well mixed.


9.Pour mixture into the same cake tin.


10.With a palette knife, make swirls in the batter. One swirl around the cake tin is sufficient: too many and you'll lose the marble effect and end up with a chocolate cheese cake.


11.Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until inserted skewer comes out clean.

1.butter , 125g


2. 1 egg


3.1/2 cup plain flour (64g)


4.3/8 cups castor sugar (48g)


5.1/2 teaspoon Jianshi Baking Powder


6.1 tablespoon Cocoa powder


For the cheese cake


1.Cream cheese ,250 g


2.1 egg


3.1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence


4.1/2 cup Castor sugar (64g)
