Preparation of Glutinous Rice Sesame Balls



- glutinous rice flour 500g,

- sugar 100g,

- Baking Powder 10~20g,

- water 400g.

Making steps:

Step1: Dissolve the sugar in water,then add in the Baking Powder and glutinous rice flour to form a smooth dough.

Step2: Cover the plastic film for 20 minutes, put into the oil of about 130℃, slowly heat up to 180℃ until golden brown color arises on the surface.
