Preparation of Cookies


cake flour 130g, 

butter 120g, 

sugar powder 50g,

an egg yolk,

salt 1g,

baking powder 2g.


Making steps:

Step1: Soften the butter to room temperature in advance, use the juice machine to make the sugar to be powdered sugar( or buy the ready-made from the supermarket).

Step2: Add powdered sugar and salt into the butter, stir with the egg beater until the color becomes shallow, drip in the vanilla and mix, then add in the egg yolks, beat until smooth.

Step3: Mix the flour and baking powder by sieving,and sieving the mixture into the paste of step2,stir and mix.

Step4: Put the paste of step3 into the pastry bag, and make the shape you like.

Step5:Preheat the oven to 170 ℃,bake for about 20 minutes until the gold color arise on the cookies .Seal save after cooling.
