cake flour(low-gluten flour)

thin milk 90g, 

sugar 150g, 

vegetable oil 90g,

3 eggs,

baking powder 15g.


Making steps:

Step1: Stir the oil, sugar, milk and the eggs with the agitator.

Step2: Mix the flour and baking powder by sieving, and sieving the mixture into the paste of step1, stir and mix well with the scraper.
