Preparation of Glutinous Rice Sesame Balls

Recipe:

glutinous rice flour 500 g,

sugar 100g,

baking powder 10~20 g,

water 400g.

 

Making steps:

Step1:Dissolve the sugar in water,then add in the baking powder and glutinous rice flour to form a smooth dough.

Step2:Cover the plastic film for 20 minutes, put into the oil of about 130℃, slowly heat up to 180℃ until golden brown color arises on the surface.
